We no longer offer over nite stays. Event must end by 10pm to start cleanup. Additional rates apply if setting up and breaking down the day before and after. 100 guests max. Off site parking only(driveway is for limited vendor time). Must hire valet if more than 20 guests.

Reservation policy: We require 50% of payment at time of reservation. Remaining balance and $1500 security deposit (to be refunded upon satisfactory check-out), due one month prior to event.
Cancellation policy: 100% refund if cancelled ninety (90) days or more prior to the event. 50% refund if cancelled thirty (30) days to eighty-nine (89) days prior to the event. No refund if cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to the event. Owner's living quarters and tenants on premises.
